Experience a peaceful, private setting designed for deep emotional healing, clarity, and lasting transformation.
Kinder in the Keys offers an immersive mental health retreat experience for women seeking real change, not just temporary relief. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Florida Keys, our program combines a calming environment with intentional, structured support designed to help you reset, reconnect, and move forward with confidence.
From trauma and anxiety to depression and emotional burnout, every experience here is personalized to help you feel safe, supported, and fully present in your healing journey.
Many mental health retreats focus on relaxation alone. While rest can be important, real healing often requires something deeper.
At Kinder in the Keys, the experience goes beyond a typical retreat setting. Women are supported in a structured, intentional environment designed to help them not only step away from stress, but actively work through what’s been holding them back.
This approach allows women to move past surface-level relief and begin creating lasting emotional change in a space that still feels calm, private, and restorative.
Many women arrive feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. Whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that lingers, or the lasting effects of trauma and narcissistic abuse, the need for something deeper becomes clear.
At Kinder in the Keys, this is more than a place to step away. Each day is intentionally designed to help you move forward. Women engage in focused, guided work throughout the day, often spending several hours actively working through emotions, patterns, and experiences in a supportive, structured environment.
Between these moments of deeper work, the experience still feels calm, private, and restorative. Time in nature, meaningful connection, and unique experiences, including animal encounters with dolphins, exotic birds, and foxes, help create space for reflection, grounding, and emotional reset.
This balance allows women to not only feel better while they are here, but to begin building real, lasting change that continues long after they leave.

A retreat-like experience designed for deeper healing, not just temporary relief.
At Kinder in the Keys, the experience is intentionally designed to feel both deeply supportive and genuinely transformative. While the setting offers the calm and privacy of a retreat, the approach goes further, creating space for meaningful connection, personal attention, and real emotional progress.
With a smaller, more intimate environment, each woman receives focused support throughout her experience. This allows for deeper insight, stronger connections, and a level of care that is difficult to find in larger, less personalized settings.
What makes this experience truly different is the balance between peaceful surroundings and purposeful structure, giving women the ability to step away, reset, and actively move forward.
At Kinder in the Keys, the focus is on helping women heal at the root level without the distractions of drug or alcohol-related environments. This creates a more focused, intentional experience for those seeking clarity, emotional stability, and long-term change.
By supporting the whole person, mind, body, and emotional well-being, women are able to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and empowering.
Healing looks different in a space where women feel safe, understood, and supported by those around them. At Kinder in the Keys, the environment is intentionally designed to foster trust, openness, and meaningful connection.
Without outside pressure or judgment, women are able to share, reflect, and grow alongside others who truly understand what they’re going through. This sense of connection often becomes a powerful part of the healing process.
